yells at patient, does not take time to hear patient, lies on discharge paper, but does not match her progress notes on same patient, but I have that for college of physicians and surgeons, just a heads up. Lies on axis of patient to justify disgusting behavior towards patient, but there are witnesses and patient(me) has character witnesses and ward advocates are doing own investigation into disgusting treatment of entire staff and yelling at other patients by other nurses and nursing staff as well......Nothing in this comment section is defacing or untrue.
