usually does not make eye contact. Seems distracted? Never calls with results. Fee for service doctor. Seems more interested in making fees. Too many patients? Not part of a health care team. Would not recommend.

Dr Jain and her staff Maggie are excellent. They are friendly and always have a smile for you. Both helpful and get the job done quickly.

Her staff need to be trained to show caring attitude towards patients who walk in the door. If the particular staff does not have the right attitude or a listening ear she does not deserve to be seated in the front facing the patient who comes in with different difficulties in life. Be careful about what they scribble in the file about your appointments.

Dr. Jain is the best family doctor I have ever had. She is caring and professional, with a good sense of humour. I am truly blessed to have her looking after me.
