Dr Jain is very competent and a good listener. Not a quick brush-off to her patients. She is getting busier and that can sometimes reduce patient imput.Hopefully a balance for good dialogue continues in the future. At this time my confidence is strong.

My family and i were fortunate enough to be taken on as patients of Dr. Shalini Jain, when she opened her practice in Amherstview, many years ago. She has always been warm, welcoming, attentive and thorough in her care. Yes, she is busy, as most, if not all family doctors who care, are. Even with her very demanding schedule, if any of us has ever had a significant concern, Dr. Jain and her staff have found the time to arrange to see us and have been very accommodating. On occasion when her clinic was not open (yes, we all deserve well earned time off), we have gone to after hours clinics for our needs. On one such occasion, the Dr. at a drop-in clinic incorrectly diagnosed an ailment from which I was suffering and, only after a follow-up with Dr. Jain, was I correctly diagnosed to be suffering from a much more serious ailment . After her assessment and diagnosis, I was able to promptly receive the surgery that was required to save my life! Thank you Dr. Jain and, God willing, I hope to be a patient of yours for many more years!!! I will continue to highly recommended Dr. Jain to others!

We have been patients for years,It is almost worse than not having a doctor she has constantly not forwarded on test results, Has contently rotating staff, Frequently changes the hours she is open, There have been several time when her office was not open on the day of an appointment. At the moment they are booking appointments 5 weeks out only. They don't answer the phone or call back so the only way to make an appointment is to go in in person. During covid to get a prescription renewal the pharmacist would have to call her daily trying to get her to approve refills. I have received better care at walk in clinics, Unfortunately most of those have closed now.
