Forced into an "Independent Medical" by My employer.Considered himself good and other doctors bad. Endorses a view that he is superior to others and other doctors.Has no scholarly writings, no research and no successful treatments of patients. When questioned was unable to provide examples of successful treatments of patients.Was unable to offer any constructive advice regarding treatment. Was at a loss for words when asked to explain his diagnosis. Has no Canadian credentials. Known for working for employer and insurance companies. My own Doctor said his report was "garbage" and called it "immensely stupid".

I was deceived into thinking that the IME my insurance co. sent me to with this man was going to "help me". This man immediately tried first to intimidate me under the guise of impartiality. When i expressed that i was not going to be intimidated by him, he tried another tactic. When that didn't work he began swearing at me. This man's outrageous conduct was reported to my insurance company . I await their decision. I can't believe that the courts and lawmakers would allow insurance companies to allow their employees to behave like this. When the College of Physicians and surgeons is transparent with discipline doled out to individuals like this instead of a slap on the wrist and obfuscating the real issues you'll see less and less so called "IME's" Ultimately, keep in mind IME doctors are hired for defense and court purposes and not to help you with treatment as they really have nothing to offer. Don't be surprised they lied on their report about you. Please don't make the same mistake i did. Bring a witness/ lawyer to their medical and teach individuals like this man a lesson. Be prepared.

Hello, During my IME this doctor indicated that he was diametrically opposed to diversity.He agreed that he is akin to a view of inadequate and disproportionate model of how power is distributed in societies and negatively sustains his belief of not permitting the peaceful coexistence of different interests and convictions.He denied strongly the possibility of the beneficial outcome of diverse interests and considers it unnecessary that members of the workplace accommodate their differences by engaging in good-faith negotiation.He indicated that he tends to strongly embrace the informal and unregulated exercise of power, and approves of the "self-appointed" leader.He went on both incensed and with vigor expressing the distorted belief of highly concentrated, and centralized power maintained by repression, and endorsed the frequent exercising of power-display in order to demonstrate authority.He spoke adamantly of "virtues" of a bureaucracy that operates independently of rules and in direct opposition to individualism and counter-economics continuing to express a fervid forcefulness of expression and intensity of emotion and conviction when describing decisions being made by a select group of individuals behind closed doors.His vigor and conviction of distorted views based on authoritarian principals upon approach indicates a disillusioned sense of self with, a hyper inflation of the super-ego, the preservation and "righteousness" of oneself in the extreme due to social status, privilege and ultimately birthright.He described with a sense of hyper vigilance how he having lived a portion of his life under a dictatorship in a 3rd world country had given him "a proper outlook on life" is in itself indicative evidence of the distorted belief of a "godlike" perception where self appointments as both insurance adjuster and Civil Court judge form a display of commonness.His unyielding belief system appears to be solely derived of a fetid refusal to adapt to modernism.

Chose this doctor as part of a Independent Medical to satisfy my insurance company. This doctor has no clue what he is doing only sides for the company. I had a hard time believing the audacity he had and how he felt self righteous, the arrogance was incredible. Typical example of someone who cannot build a private practice like most doctors. Was he helpful? How could he possibly be? If he had a full blown private practice would he have the time to conduct these bogus medicals. If you are sent to him , ask for someone else. dont waste your time and get someone who is going to assess you without his own suspiscions of you "faking it".
