This Doctor works as apaid employee of like 100 Insurance companies Allstate, state farm, certas, Zurich, TD, Wawanessa, AVIVA, Manulife, Toronto Police Service. He is a multimillionaire enjoying wealth at the expense if the sick and injured. He will conspire with your Insurance company , 3rd party Company and to find ways to harass, belittle and intimidate. Get a lawyer to keep this Insurance company stooge in check.

Useless and worthless and will attack you and everybody else for his Insurance IME lords like State Farm. Competency, English Comprehension and intellect are definitely not his strongpoints and he was described as a Stool Pidgen for State Farm by counsel. 39 years experience in not having a Private Practice. He works as a paid employee of only Insurance Companies. He's is useless and worthless to anyone who has been injured in a car accident.

Legal Discovery
All Dr Zielinsky did was "glaze the nuts" and "slob the knob" of Certas. Please read on. He talked endlessly about how wonderful Certas were and how I was making everything up because I was lazy and basically didn't want to work and was illegally freeloading off Certas. There is no way this guy is a Medical Doctor with any practical expereince . The Lawyer told me these guys who do IME are sometimes sox offenders , Perverts , or criminals who were convicted by the CPSO or betyer the Courts who aren't allowed to touch patients and are authorised to do only IME by the College because they can't assault patients that way. The CPSO then allows these potential registered sox offenders and criminals to still make easy money with IME.
