He could distinguish my diagnosis exactly and determined safe medicine and insisted on, so that after a few months I saw positive results.

He is a great psychiatrist. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and on wrong medications and he reassessed me and made the right diagnosis and treated me for depression on only one medication and I am doing well for the past few years. My mood was very sensitive and reactive and I did not have mood swings to be diagnosed with bipolar and taking so many awful medicines before seeing him for years. If you think you are struggling with your emotional condition and not treated right go and see him. He may see you once or a few times, but he will make the right diagnosis and give you the right treatment and send you back to your family physician for the repeat of the meds.

Hi every body My name is Marie Zargham , I am Dr. Showraki 's patient since March 2012 . I was very sick when I met him for first time and same day he wrote a thank you letter to my family doctor for referring me to him , I read that letter , and I thought that he knew me for years , it was so detailed. He prescribed me medicine and I took them , and now after 4.5 years , I can tell you that he is amazing and he knows what he is doing. I had nightmares for years since my childhood , 3 of them were very specific , all gone and I sleep like child in peace without screaming, and hurting myself ,and without taking any sleep pills. I used to hear a voice calling or maybe whispering my name , no more , I used to stir at people or things , no more I had a very bad body ache and the pain was killing me , no more . I wish that I met him years ago and I believe my life would have a different path. I am very grateful to him. He is really excellent psychologist , and I wish him more success. Thank you for reading my comment. Marie Zargham

He diagnosed me the first time that I went to his office as having Bipolar Disorder along with ADHD which he claimed, I was the first he had ever diagnosed with both disorders. ( Apparently It's very more common than he thinks as I found out later on ) I was puzzled how fast he diagnosed me with both these two disorders within that 15-20 minute visit. He prescribed me Lithium, Vyvanse along with an antidepressant. I started the meds and on the second day I was feeling and acting so weird that my coworker who used to do illicit drugs pointed out that I seem like a person who is on something.... Sketchy . On the 4th day I developed such a sever anxiety that I had never experienced before, and I rushed myself to his office. Although he had no patients at the time but he was not so pleased to see me, and angered at me for telling him that there must be some sort of wrong diagnosis or medications. I simply needed his help since I was having unbelievable anxiety, and I never forget how he got of his chair, and shouting at me that he is a professional, and accused me of not liking to accept my diagnosis . He asked me to leave and never show up without a prior appointment, and if I ever feel the same as I was feeling at the time, I should go to a hospital. So I went to my family doctor right away and he immediately advised me to stop all meds and prescribed me with Clonazop to calm me down besides he was shocked to find out that my professional psychiatrist prescribed me Lithium but did not inform me that I should do some sort of a blood work after a week or two since the medication could cause serious thyroid complications. That was my story with the so called professional psychiatrist and I would never suggest him to any one as I remember the first thing he did when I unexpectedly dropped by his office, was to ask for my health card so he could charge the government. Although he did not even help me, and it was my family doctor who advised me to stop all meds and ordered me a blood work. I was referred to an other psychiatrist with a waiting time of 4-6 months on average but my family doctor suggested to keep calling his office and ask to be put on waiting list, and follow up often. So I could get an earlier appointment. The new psychiatrist spent over an hour at my first visit, asking me all sort of questions, then he prescribed me with some antidepressant and asked me to visit him again the following week. He visited me 3 times within a month and finally diagnosed me with a complete different diagnosis on my 5th visit. Severe anxiety is one of them and the Vyvanse that Mr professional had prescribed me had worsened my anxiety, and my new professional psychiatrist with and average 4-6 months waiting time has always time to see me. All I need to do is simply text his receptionist and he will arrange the earliest possible time . Good luck to all and currently the only med I take is Clonazop am, and I am finally back on track in my life and feel hopeful.
