Dr. Kasapi has helped me put my life back on track. She is extremly knolwedgeable and sympathetic to her patients needs.

This was definitely an awful doctor. The doctor would repetitively not listen to me. And instead of highlighting the good things I was doing, the person would come up with a new thing I had done wrong every time. She was very abusive as if she coached life professionally in her mind, but I think she forgot she was just supposed to help me feel better.

Stay away from this doctor. It all started with a strange phone call suggesting I had been in the hospital. They claimed they were following up on a hospital stay, but I had not been in the hospital at all. I ignored the phone calls, though they said they would get the police to make me go in. I continued to ignore them until I got a call which at the time I figured was from a police officer, telling me they'd arrest me if I didn't go. I went and it is the same stuff. Dr. Kasapi said very strange things, and then all of the sudden said there was this grave illness. She was someone who got everything wrong about you, and then she would imply to anyone that asked that there was a scientific disease you had and there were specific symptoms that there was proof of. But there was never any symptoms. And there was never any proof.

It was an unbearable experience having to talk to this lady. You could sit in front of her and talk ten times more eloquently than her, and she would say something was wrong no matter what. Every patient was just a number. In fact any person was someone who you could write billings with. That’s just how the person thought, in terms of cold, hard numbers. I would say she not knew a thing about psychiatry. And she knew absolutely nothing about ethics as well. If I could unmeet one person from my life it would be this lady.

I would rate this doctor as purely awful. All the other doctors I have talked to recently, even though they were in different specializations, were a thousand times smarter. This one could barely understand her own specialization. One day even the receptionist thought she was just a nurse, because she couldn’t remember my name and then she couldn’t even remember the diagnosis. And after the recpetionsist asked if she was the nurse and she said no, she couldn’t explain one thing about the diagnosed illness. Despite the fact they needed information for a routine call to the family. It was all quite strange, and I never thought I would tell anyone about that moment of horror, but there it is.
