Even with an appointment, after 2 + hours of waiting I had to go without even seeing the doctor.

Unfortunately I had to see this doctor a lot over the years, because of going to walk-in clinics. It's always the same situation, he refuses to look me in the eye, he refuses to answer my questions, and when I try to inform him of my past medical history, he interrupts me and waves his hand at me. He answers his cellphone in the middle of me speaking. He also gives a quick glance at my file and tries to up/lower my medications without asking me about it first. .... Do I need to go on?? Horrible doctor.
