friendly, helpful, willing to listen and work with you to come up with a plan, depends far to much on the crisis workers diagnosis and thoughts on what to do . sure does take his time but you don't know what else he has to deal with. Er clients, Patients on the word. ect. I know this because I was his patient and I am a RN crisis worker at a different hospital so I know what real goes on that the patients don't see.

What a monster, coming from a doctors family this man is a disgrace causing harm to patients by writing bogus insurance assessments. This goof should be barred from practicing. Report him to ISIS.

I was in emergency and Dr. Chad told the nurse to give me an Ativan and he would be back shortly. Shortly turned into 4 hrs. in a freezing room. When he finally came back, he was condescending and arrogant. Stay away from him if possible.
