Concerned
One of their former Psychiatrists Dr. Sabeena Chopra traumatized a patient at the Ryerson Medical Centre by crossing boundaries when she drew attention to her chest area and behaved in a way which could be interpreted as seductive and inappropriate.

I heard from a recorded conversation that a receptionist from the Psychiatry Division of the Toronto East General Hospital laughed when she was asked what were the hospital policies for doctors to prevent them from exposing their intimate body parts to minor patients.
