During my mother's first visit, after waiting weeks to see this specialist, was offered no support, no proper communication on the problem and did not give her the time to ask any questions regarding her condition. Imagine an eye specialist that doesn't even take a second to look at your eyes. During her follow up visit, I had written down a bunch of questions and asked that she call me so I can listen in on the update. This doctor refused to allow her to have me on speaker phone while he gave her the update. Since her English is not the greatest, she is now left with no proper answers to her questions. Terrible service. Terribly inconsiderate. A waste of our tax dollars.
