Dr McGuire did an excellent job with my cataract surgery a couple of years ago. I to this day continue to have immaculate vision.

He misdiagnosed me and almost gave me an eye procedure without me needing one

No Thanks

I had a bad experience with this doctor. He did not explain what is wrong with my poor eyesight and has a short temper. Asking questions irritates him and he just wants to finish you quickly so he can get on to the next patient. I have very bad eyesight and am developing a cataract. He quickly looked at my eyes and said it's fine, and I'll see you in 6 months with no explanation. I was also given eye drops to dilate my pupil for a 1 minute rushed check-up. I couldn't work for the rest of the day because I just couldn't see. I have dealt with good doctors, and doctor Mcguire has very poor patient care etiquette and is not good. Do not recommend, and will certainly try to find a better doctor for my condition. I would not feel under safe hands having someone like him perform surgery on my eyes. Thank you for wasting my workday.

Dr. McGuire didn't say hi or even introduce himself when he walked in. I was referred to him urgently by my optometrist for a "medical emergency" with the intentions of getting meds. The staff got me in the same day but all he did was the same tests my optometrist already did and said if I "wanted" meds to ask my GP and that all he was going to do was "track my vision" instead of treating the condition that was putting my vision at risk in the first place...
