Dr. Tran was very unprofessional, dismissive and condescending. Upon researching how to file a complaint I learned that he has previously lost his Hospital privileges due to unprofessionalism and questionable clinical and administrative abilities. He has been warned previously and was required to have a senior clinician oversee his work and his records. There was nobody else present during my meeting with him. Clearly this hasn't happened - he was absolutely horrific this morning at the Provis Rudd Clinic. Steer clear of this incompetent idiot.
