terrible. my son referred to her by employer EAP program. she misdiagnosed, delivered the wrong rehab program, and mistreated my son. He was then fired and cut off disability insurance because of Mundin's recommendation. He just died at age 35, 2 years later, after spiraling down. I even worked with her office to create an intervention, went to court and had son sent for assessment at foothills(as recommended by Mundin). they let him out in 30 mins.without doing anything to help him. This doctor is incompetent and should be unlicenced.
