I have been a patient of Dr. Sheth's for under a year and have always found her to be friendly and accommodating. I never feel rushed during a visit. She takes the time to listen to my issues and thoroughly explains a diagnosis or treatment.

Upset Patient
I really wonder where this doctor got her degree. I had gone into East Liberty Medical Clinic a few months ago for something I found quite embarrassing and personal, yet her only concern was to rush me out the door. She literally rolled her hands and eyes at me to get me to hurry up with my explanation of symptoms. Sure, the clinic was busy at the time and they were a little understaffed, but that is no excuse for being rude to your patient. You are a doctor, if you can't handle the stress, you should probably seriously reconsider your profession. Dr Sheth is extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic compassion for her patients. Absolutely horrible. I normally let these things go, but she was so appalling that I filed a formal complaint with the administrator of the clinic. Don't bother with this doctor, you'll just be "wasting her time" (and more likely, your own).

Anna
This doctor is the rudest, most condescending doctor I have encountered. She took no time to understand my situation and spoke to me in the most demeaning manner. I had gone to get a booster shot for a vaccine and understood that I had missed the booster shot vaccination window. Instead of offering a solution (which would be to start the vaccination process again), she scolded at me for not coming in earlier and interrogated me whether I was charged for the initial vaccine (irrelevant and I was initially told that the vaccine was free by the previous doctor at the clinic). She told me, "YOU have a phone, YOU can keep track of it (booster shots)." I then asked for a birth control prescription and she asked if my period was late. I told her it was a day late so far. She snickered, "Well, I hope you get your period." I am absolutely appalled by her behaviour and would never want her treating patients with such lack of respect, especially those with more serious conditions.

This doctor was very rude and condescending. She took no time with me and rushed me out. She refused to refer me to a specialist and refused to send me for the blood test I had requested. Unbelievably bad manners.
