We waited a whole day for this doctor to stop by and visit my dying grandmother. The nurses even moved her to the building where she was working to make it easier for the doctor to see her. As we watched my grandmother's health deteriorate throughout the day, the nurses came by multiple times and saw how dire she was and said that they would page the doctor. They probably paged the doctor more than 3 times and she never showed up. My grandmother passed away that night and the doctor, who all the nurses said were in the building, did not show face once. When someone decides to become a physician, the money will be there, sure, but do you have the heart, sensitivity, and humanity to be there for a family and dying human being when they call out to you? That should weigh more than the money. I'm baffled at what kept this physician from visiting my dying grandma once. All I know is if I ever hear of a family or friend having her as a physician, I will DEMAND a different one. I hope she sleeps well at night. I wouldn't. But then again, that's why I chose not to continue pursuing a career in medicine. Definitely not a desensitized human being.

Dr Lo was treating my dad for what was prostate cancer. No chemo was used only cancer pills and injections. The cancer had spread to 4 other organs and still no chemo was suggested . She wasn't very comforting and rush through talking to me about the issues . Seems like she had "more important" matters to attend. Unfortunately, my Dad passed away 2 weeks ago. Now I'm left wondering, What if we had a different Doctor? Would things still have ended up the way they did ? I would not recommend Dr Lo or St Joe's for that matter
