My housband was her patient. He was misdiagnosed, no one even bother to look at his exray where it showed a tomore in November 2011. in February 2012 he was told that he has stage 4 lung cancer. Very unprofessional, did not bother to come out of her office to get my housband medical fille from other hospital when I came with him. He got not treatment, only promises.

We met Dr Lo with my family as she is going to be treating my dad for his stomach cancer chemo treatment before and after surgery. Dr Lo explained it all to us and even went out of her way to make sure we keep positive and how important that will be for my dad's treatment and well being during treatment. She is very compassionate, very polite and explained a lot to us which made my parents feel more at ease knowing we have their help. Thank you Dr Lo for taking on my father so fast and helping him get his Chemo before his surgery and making all the arrangements for my fathers treatment at the hospital and at home with a nurse. We feel very confident having you and his surgeon treat our father. The nurses and hospital staff at your hospital are so kind and polite and helpful to my father. We thank you. Tony C
