David Yen, I respect the fact that my wife and I had to wait 75 minutes longer than our scheduled appointment since you were tied up in the O.R. Someone was obviously in need and that is commendable. I wish that you could of been a little more sincere with the 5 minutes that you spent with me. You were not organized or even aware of the second imaging disc that you had in you presence. I believe that you purposely showed my wife and I one obscure Sagital View of my Lumbar in poor grey tone colour and with no definition. The Spinal Cord not only in the Lumbar but also in the Thoracic is compressed at multiple levels. There is more to say about my spine in regards to imaging however I will reserve that for the right time. I know that a compassionate Doctor will help me, all I am hoping for at the end of the day is a certain quality of life. I am a Canadian Citizen and a tax payer since the age of 16. I believe in the Charter of Rights and what Canada stands for but most of all I am true to my self.

Dr Yen performed surgery on my neck a year ago. He was very professional. Ask a question and he would answer honestly. It had taken me approximately 7 months to recuperate, at first I thought it would never happen, I had some real bad nerve damage to repair. But as of now I am back to my old self. I would recommend Dr Yen in a heartbeat.
