After examining all my scans, x rays etc Dr Yen was quick to hear my pain and offer a possible solution. He didn’t promise a 100% resolution that was going to give me a pain free future, in fact there was a 50/50 chance nothing would change. He gave me hope and did so in such a kind compassionate manner I have never forgotten him. Time has passed, perhaps 15 years, my back wasn’t fixed but my memories of his kindness is so clear.
