What a horror. I have to talk to dr Saxon secretary. She did not answer any of my questions just repeating the same lie louder and louder so everybody look at us. She lied that she called me. She never did it is not difficult to check with today' technology. Should I believe in anything what she said?? I'm sure that there is plenty of human beings who can do this job without traumatizing already stressed and suffering patients. I'm going to this clinic for long time and I talk to other secretaries but I never experienced anything like this before.

I have been a patient of Dr Saxon's for about ten years now & have always appreciated his kind & friendly yet professional bedside manner. I recently underwent a surgery at the Lakeshore by Dr Saxon & was treated very well by him. I like the fact that he takes the time to listen & that he actually seems to care about his patients well being!!

I returned to see Dr. D. Saxon, someone called me to have my results given by Dr. Saxon. I left Gatineau PQ early morning in a winter storme, I got there the receptionist never said that my results had not arrived, she says to come back after lunch and I sat ther and waited all afternoon, Dr Saxon saw me around 4:00 to tell me he did not have my results. No one apologized, I was not happy and I had a couple of hours to drive back home in the winter storme... Since my family Dr has tried to get my results, still I have nothing, nothing of my results since 1993.
