Dr. Saxon takes the time to answer emails promptly. I don't know any other doctor that does that. He is so pleasant & understanding. Puts you at ease. Great bed side manner. And a great surgeon. You're lucky to be his patient.

I really like dr saxon but his office needs to work on their reception services , it is impossible to get someone on the phone to book an appointment it's ridiculous !!! I spent alot of time waiting on hold and never got a hold of anyone. Other then that , he's a great Dr.
