She saw my grand-daughter. We were visiting from the UK. The visit was pleasant. She was polite and caring about the infant. I liked the access to the paediatrician in the clinic if we wanted. Lovely clinic. So happy we went there and worth the money paid for the visit. My grand-daughter recovered nicely with the treatment prescribed and is thriving beautifully. Thank you Dr. Lucky and her staff.

I have been to Cross Raods Clinics a few times. It is a very crazy busy place but the staff are great at helping and moving patients. I saw Dr. Lucky. She first seemed abrupt and fast but then I realized that she is focused and driven. She covered a lot of ground in 10 minutes and asked if I had questions which she answered an explained well. Before I left, I thanked her immensely mor han once. She is an excellent physician and from the ER made me see her with more respect. Don't judge a book by its cover!.

I saw this doc at Cross Roads. She is busy but great. I was happy that she introduced herself. The volume at the clinic is very high so for every negative comment there are 200 positive ones. Thank You Dr. Lucky - you are great and I will have anyone I care about see you!

Upon entering the room, Dr. Lucky immediately advised she was an ER doc who was filling in at the Crossroads Clinic. It quickly became obvious that she is poorly suited to clinical work as she was very rushed and barely looked at me or listened to what I had to say. I found this very upsetting since she was explaining test results that were somewhat concerning. Because she was referring me to a specialist, I guess she didn't see the point in spending any time discussing possible diagnoses or things I could do to care for myself in the meantime. She interrupted me and rushed me from start to finish. Very bad experience.

I went in to see her at crossroads at Broadway and Cambie. The service I was received was horrible. I barely got a sentence out before she had decided what treatment I should do. I had not even told her what my problem was. So basically she diagnosed me on something that was not the problem and ushered me out the door. I've never been treated that badly by a doctor before. It was just really poor service and I really hope she doesn't do this to everyone she sees.
