I came with my girlfriend. She had been stressed with final exams and finding a job in the film industry. Dr. Cindy put us right at ease. She asked about profession to put it in context for us and to make sure we understood the explanations. I agree with Tanya being wrong about her and misunderstanding a professional approach. I also find for a walk in clinic, moving quickly can be thought about wrong, and not everyone gets a personality right. My tax dollars were well spent here. And my girlfriend now has a job with a awesome company, so front seats for Cross Roads staff.

Wow! My experience was great. It depends on whether you want to be treated well or not. Everyone has a different style. I loved hers. Poor Tania - she would of complained if it was all not explained well. I am sure she got better and the medical care was superb,. Sad to not hear the other side of the story. Anyway - the clinic is great and Dr. Lucky is excellent.

I had very rude and condescending treatment from Dr. Lucky. She asked me what my profession was to ensure that she didn't "use any words that I couldn't understand". Unless my profession was a doctor, I don't see what bearing that would have on my level of education about the human body and various medical conditions that occur within it. While I sat there in silence as she launched into her rapid-fire monologue, she first said in a very aggressive way that she was sorry if I didn't like her accent (which was clear enough, I never commented on it) and "soon you'll be rid of me", as if I had somehow offended her without even opening my mouth. She never asked if I had any questions, further health issues (I was going for test results from a couple of months prior), developments in my condition, nothing. Just two minutes of rudeness and then out the door. Although it's hard to vote with one's dollars when it comes to medicine in Canada, I will not give her the benefit of getting paid through my MSP, and would recommend others follow suit. We don't need physicians like this. Shameful behavior, it's not difficult to treat people with basic decency.

I am an old guy with a few problems but Dr. Lucky took it all one at a time. I needed help and she sent me to a specialty doctor for tests and advice. I liked how she treated me and explained what was happening. I also liked her respect and caring. Before I left, I told her what I did for a living and where I worked. She was great!

I saw her at the Urgent Care Centre having taken my child there. I went back today to say thanks to her and the staff. We were treated well and could not have asked for more. It is not an emergencey department but they work as one. PDr. Lucky is professional and well-liked by the staff. She leads a great team. Mazeltoff!
