A relative of one of his patie

A relative of mine died under his care while having a relatively minor procedure performed. A complaint was lodged with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario who ruled that he should modify his procedures. They ruled that he did not administer the anesthesia properly nor did he monitor the patient properly. This was upheld on appeal.
