I was in a car accident, and went to Trillium Hospital for treatment, where I encountered Dr. Waines. She expressed no sympathy or compassion, and was very rude and short with me. After being left in a freezing cold examination room for hours, this doctor came in to see me for ten seconds, then disappeared again for over an hour. I won't be returning to that hospital, and I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my worst enemy.

Ended up in emergency for a second visit same day Was seen for literally 5 seconds Rather run around thinkkng she did her job than actualky treat people Worst doctor ive ever seen

I suffered a fall and ended up in the Emergency Dept. at Trillium Hospital in a lot of pain. Dr. Barbara Waines asked me relevant questions, was very focused and advised me what the next steps of examination would be and that I probably broke something. After all the X rays and CT Scan I was waiting for her consult in a very busy ER. I watched Dr. Waines in action and was very impressed with her energy and direct communication with all types of Patients. Oh and unfortunately for me she was right! Broken rib.
