I recently had an encounter with Dr Waimea at Mississauga Trillium emergency. She was cold and rude and did not address my health issue and just did not care. I had open heart surgery on the 7 of Dec and had to be taken by ambulance to emergencies with blood pressure of 194/77. She hardly spoke to me and performed no physical examination. She than wanted to discharge me without having done nothing to address the situation. Gave me a prescription and told me I was perfectly capable of taking to the pharmacy and take a pill when I got home. Instructed by my daughter who happens to be a registered nurse I refused to leave until I was given medication to be lower my blood pressure. Dr. Waimea is also a liar because she also told me she had been consulting with my cardiologist and that is simply not true .

Dr. Waines is a knowledgeable doctor. I have been struck by her thoroughness, communication skills, and empathy. She embodies both strength, gravitas, and genuine concern.
