I went to A Adatia due to pelvic pain. She prescribed antibiotics and didn’t even check me out. Insisting, I was sent to ultrasound. Found out I had a huge ovarian cyst. Took 3 years to finally have the surgery. By this time I was under 80 pounds. I thought I will surely die. After the surgery I had many complications and took almost a year to recover. In this time I tried to get a post op check-up. Took time off work and waited in line at the cabinet for 3 hours each time only to be told that she’s TOO BUSY and has to run to her other cabinet, the second time she was too busy again and had to go to a wedding and third and the last time I was there she talked to me about her carpets!? Honestly I’m absolutely in shock and appalled that this MONSTER is still allowed to practice! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!? She’s obviously a terrible doctor that doesn’t care about her patients, only cares about the money she’s getting with each visit. Not to mention her arrangements with the pharmacy next door and her constant push for unnecessary meds. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH STAY AWAY!!

She never really hears you out. Client care truly lacks towards young adults. Always in a rush. She never clearly defines your illnesse etc. Just prescribes medicine all time - without analyzing the case and without taking a holistic approach. Really weird doctor.

I just read at ratemds dot com that she gives wrong antibiotics and strong ones too ... just in case. Search youtube for global news called 16x9 bitter pills (vigilance canada) about Cipro, Avelox, and Levaquin in early 2012...These should not be used for UTIs, Sinus colds, only fatal cases! These are serious chemotherapic drugs...antibiotics. See "Ask a Patient dot com" you will see all Fluoroqunolones drug reactions directly from 1000s and 1000s of patients themselves. Stay safe by educating yourself "to Know to say No - politely and ask for another just as good or better antibiotic". Also say educate yourself on Clindamycin.

I find Dr Adatia to be a very competent Doctor, very knowledgeable, listen to your questions as a patient, explain to you what your symptoms are, and what corrective action she will take to correct your problem, spends adequate time with you, and gives you a good feeling that you are with the correct DOCTOR for your problem. Highly Recommended
