Call and ask ... probably one or 2 victims who Complained in 2004 and 2005 the files are sealed as it's more then 10 years now... but there still should be 1-2 victims complaints in her CPSO file and mine that I filed in May 2014... and appealed and won in 2015 and the CPSO was advices the appeal board to reopen and investigate this doctor. The appeal board also wrote that the CPSO did not do enough to protect the general public from this doctor... she is still practicing but they are montering prescription drugs... and the appeal board advice to take it to the judicial ourts, and criminal charges I have to do my own, and to contact the TV media and show them my appeal and tell them that CPSO has been covering up in this psychopathic doctor team. There I am sure are many victims... I need to find and you need to find me... get my name from the Collage of Physcians and Surgeons or find me in fluoroquinolone facebook groups... the public group... they all know me too...I go by Teri CiproVictim (I am here to help protect wveryone I can from this sick doctor and mentally ill receiptionist) ... we need to come together to get this doctor and longtime receptionist in prison where they belonged more then 20 years! Search goigle and also see her over 40 serious complaints in rstemds dot com. She blinded a child too more than 20 years ago... Please always review all doctors, hospitals, specialist, dentist all medical professionals whether they are good or bad...please help people stay safe. Most are good, but not all and some can be very dangerous. I will be reviewing all doctors and facilities I visited since the pychodoctor deliberately poisoned me along with her long time receptionist... sadly most doctors strict together, but the good ones will help you as much as they can... there is no cure I was fortunate to have Colvita collagen and lenon and water save my life... I was dying an agonizing fast death, but not fast enough...then a friend saw my condition and he knew me well and saw me not long before I was poisoned by especially Cipro.., Colvita is the only collagen in the world that had active live cells (almost like stem cell therapy)...I had well over 30 permenant damages to my body within 4-5 months after taking Cipro... and my sister helped me dress and brushed my hair and was feeding me... she even brought me a wheelchair and a Cain and I refused... I was praying and crying in agonizing pain especially at night to God to just take me now... I can't bare the pain!!! 6 capsules of Colvita collagen a day and 8 cups of string lemon and wAter saved my life... I will always be damaged but at least I can live each day without praying to God to take me... I am now a 4 year victim or shall I say survivor of Cipro XL and 5 years (and more since 2009 to early 2014 when I left dr.
