Dr Ouellette performed surgery on my wife to remove a cancer tumour in her right lung. The surgery was to remove the upper portion of her lung. After the surgery, my wife suffered a major bleeding and she had to be operated again to correct the bleeding. As per procedure, she was then on a 5 years follow up to prevent recurrence of the cancer. In May 2019, four years after the surgery, my wife started coughing, and some fluid build up around the hearth. An hearth scan had been ordered 2 weeks before and an echo was done at the time of the visit, but it was determined that it was not significant enough. In December 2019, her coughing was very extensive but her Dr Ouellette prescribed a nasal spray. Four months later, in April 2020, she could not walk 20 meters. I took her to the emergency where she was diagnosed with a stage IV cancer.
