Wasn't helpfull what so ever. Interrupts you and ignores some questions. Also show an attitude like if she hates to be there and treat you as her patient. Very dissapointing

this doctor does not listen to what you have to say, does not make tests for confirming her diagnostics. also charges accessory fees.

This was the worst medical experience in my life. In my most vulnerable state, this doctor refused to listen to anything I had to say, mocked me while I cried, put me down and I had to beg her to examine me. She said my pain couldn’t be that bad if I didn’t come sooner (?!?). This was a few days ago, and after contacting the Neurological Institute yesterday I was told my symptoms require an urgent MRI and I need to get looked after before I have permanent nerve damage or risk of paralysis. I have one booked for this week. When I told her where the lump on my cervical spine hurts she PRESSED on it HARD. I was sent off with a prescription. No advice, not a single comforting word. She hates her job, i worry for any patient that has to see her. I feel sorry for her and hope she gets help for herself to stop treating people this way.
