Raye McCullough

I have been a patient for over 20 years, and over the last year his attention to what you are saying to him has gone somewhere other than his office. I saw him 3 times over the last year. I told him I had fell down my stairs and banged both my elbows and left hip and was in serious pain. He told me when you get older you will get more pain. The next visit when I brought up my pain, it was probably arthritis, then it was maybe my rotory cup in my shoulder. He never suggested I get an x-ray or even an ultra sound to see if there was any damage to my elbows or hip. I resorted to a Walk-in clinic, where both Xray and ultra sound was ordered. The last time I told him I was in pain and was having problems doing my job, which is drive a school bus. After berating me for not telling him about my elbows (he keeps prefect notes) and going to a clinic because they are not qualified and the government will reduce his pay, because he is paid on a roister to look after me. I asked him for a disability letter for my work so I could take time off without losing my seniority and collect from EI well I was getting better. The letter he wrote and charged me $30.00 for did not address what I asked for but said because of the large steering wheel of a school was causing me pain. I FELL DOWN A STEEP SET OF STAIRS, that what has caused the problem. I feel he owes me back my $30.00 and I will call the government to make sure he is removed as my family doctor. Thanks Shim, maybe you should RETIRE.
