Dr Duclos is a good urologist/surgeon. I expect from a doctor to be knowledgeable and competent. I found what I was looking for with him as he fixed my medical issues. The only Dr I've seen so far to be able to take you in, before your appointment time.

Arrogant and incompetent. Requested a completely unnecessary radiograph (I was diagnosed via ultrasound) and he and staff could not have been more unfriendly. Dismissed my symptoms and stone as "normal" and "...there is nothing we do for this." Diverticular calculi causing hydronephrosis is NOT normal "doctor".
