Dr. Helen is an excellent & very caring Dr. She takes the time to listen to my concerns & takes action to get to the bottom of any medical concerns I have.

Absolutely terrible manners and always made me feel like I was loosing my mind .... Had 6 appointments with her in which 4 of them I left crying and upset!!! At the first appointment, she was kind and helpful and after that only disappointment after another one. Very happy that I moved on to a new doctor who is doing his job properly and really caring about people not about getting the job done and living! Hope this helps!

When I first met Helen she seemed to be very nice. However over time she has gave me the impression that she just wants to finish up with her patients as fast as she can to get thru her day. Once I requested information about my previous pregnancy and she wouldn't give it to me because I had had my baby and we were fine. Another time I had an infection and when I asked her to elaborate on what the symptoms are for it she told me I was wasting her time and she was busy just because I didn't notice any symptoms of having an infection. The reason why I asked was because I was feeling things but assumed they were normal feelings. As a patient you expect your doctor to educate you and help you understand your condition. Definitely won't be going back to her. Lately I leave from her office frustrated. I don't want a prescription and a boot out the door when I visit a family doctor.
