I have never seen such a poor quality of communication, service, care and bed manners as from Dr Guo's toward my husband while he was under his care . My husband is awaiting heart and lung surgery and having some unexpected med. issues which worry us tremendously .All the test are not giving us a definite answer yet to what case them Testing more is still ongoing processes. Dr. Guo took it upon himself to inform us,on his first visit with my husband " we shouldn't have much hope for those surgery's to happen and be successful " This is outrageously disrespectful !!!!

Terrible bedside manner. Acted like he didn't really want to talk to you, and that you were exaggerating your symptoms. Made a mistake on my discharge form that lead to unnecessary delays. This doctor likely does more harm than good.
