Dr Wrixon was late and abrubt and more concerned in giving medication that listening to my challenges

DMR
I saw this doc...went into each meeting (3) feeling great..and leaving feeling absolutley terrible. She gave my file out to a student who kept getting the info wrong even tho i told him the file didnt say what he kept pestering me aabout...the doc should have told him his info was wrong...she could have stopped him when he kept barragin me with stupid questions..but nope..she let me sit there jsut getting anxious... oh becaseu of the fact i left her..m counsellor let me go...thanks DOC I always request a female doc becasuee ove had problems with male authority and all the female docs o had before were great...Dr. Wrixon i definatly would NOT recoomend.

I have been with Dr. Wrixon for 12 years, receiving care at the West End Mental Health Team. I find her to be an excellent clinician who listens deeply, whilst offering practical and useful advice. She is an excellent problem solver and has helped me countless times over the years. I wish I didn't have to see a psychiatrist, but at least I am fortunate enough to have her.
