This doctor should loose his licence. When a manic patient is formed they need to be treated- discharging them and charging them criminally for behaviour that come with manic episodes is in my opinion failure to provide care. If you don’t want to help individuals change careers - family member of yet another manic patient you failed to treat. What happened to your pledge to do no harm
