Joanna Andreae
This is the first doctor I have felt comfortable with in over 20 years. She is kind, caring and understanding. If she is unsure of anything - she does her research and then gets back to you. She doesn't feel the need to give you a quick band-aid cookie cutter answer - just to push you through the system. She want to understand her clients and is open to considering different points of view. Dr. Heineck doesn't make you feel bad about your shortcomings or idiosyncrasies. She oozes genuine atruism. I would consider it a great privilage - if she was to be my family doctor for the rest of my days. I can only assume that this general warmth and true desire to improve peoples health translates into general excellence in her practice.

I feel like Dr Heineck actually listens, cares and wants to improve the quality of her patients lives when possible. She is sympathetic and understanding to individual needs. I absolutely recomend her!
