I was very fortunate to recently meet Dr Bastien in the ER where he recognized another doctor's mistake. His knowledge, attention to detail and decisive action most likely saved my life and I am very grateful.

He covers himself only. No written instructions given to patients - only in the chart. Does not care about his patients. No follow up phone call nothing - as long as he gets his OHIP payments. My husband suffered terribly on life support for two and a half weeks - never to walk on his own again and because of the poor care his heart was so damaged that after ten weeks in hospital he died within three months. I hate this man and will never forgive him. He, on other sites writes his own good reviews. A despicable person and I only wish that something really unfortunate will happen to him. I will never forgive him.
