I found her to be somewhat impatient with a poor bedside manner. Her inexperience was obvious (not her fault as she is very junior), but I would rather hear "I don't know how to interpret the results of your tests so I'm going to send you to a specialist" than "it could be X, Y or Z, but I'm sending you to a specialist". X, Y or Z had me quite concerned unnecessarily until I saw the specialist some time later (and I am not a hypocondriac).

In July 2011 I saw Dr. Pun because I had severe shingles. Dr. Pun perscribed Celebrex and Tiger Balm for this condition. As a result, I had a severe reaction and consulted another doctor, who perscribed oral and topical anti-viral AND anti-biotic medications so I could get some relief. Dr. Pun also spent the entire appointment interrupting me and finishing my sentences for me, whenever she asked me a question. It was a disgraceful experience and it is my very strong opinion she should go back to medical school.
