Dr. Violaine Marcoux was my surgeon for a laparoscopic cystectomy.  She was the only surgeon I consulted with who was able to perform this procedure laparoscopically because my cyst was about 15 cm.  Most surgeons insist on a larger incision for this size of cyst by Dr. Marcoux was not deterred from giving me the best possible outcome and recovery time. Beyond her technical talents Dr. Marcoux has a lovely bedside manner and will go above and beyond to make your surgical experience as pleasant as possible.  I am very fortunate to have had her help.

I had laparoscopic surgery for uterine fibroid the size of a pinapple. Dr Marcoux excelled in her practise. The surgery was longer than expected (over 4 hours), but that time was gained in my quick recovery (4 weeks instead of 8). Nurses who work with her just praise her skills. I really felt I was in good hands. Her bedside manners were amazing also!

Never I will refer her. She didn't do the exam. Student did. Never ask my permission. Laugh in my face. No respect.

I have nothing to say but thank you to Dr.Marcoux... Promised my operation within 4 weeks... delivered...Another surgeon's suggestion was to have an open and invasif surgery, but Dr. Marcoux surpassed most expectations and did a successful laparoscopy, 2 cysts, oversized... I am doing great.... not even a war scar to boot!!

I was referred to Dr. Marcoux for TAC surgery due to IC causing 2 second trimester misscarriages . She was very professional and made me feel comfortable on the day of the surgery. My surgery went well and am recovering well.
