- did not show my daughter any kindness - did not take any of our (parents) concerns into consideration - we (parents) always felt like Dr. Loveday liked to exert his power over the patients and parents - I thought Dr.Loveday would be seeing patients on a regular basis but my daughter formed no connection with him due to infrequent contact and his cold manner - some of the rules and routines were very disturbing - I do not know if Dr. Loveday had control over these rules but I would think he had complete control over them as he was the head of the unit over the social worker, CYWs, nurses etc
