Waited over an hour for the doctor and was not notified that there would be a wait. Had to leave the office without ever seeing the doctor because it took so long (so I cannot speak to her knowledge). Waited twenty minutes (two ten-minute "on holds" at which point I hung up) trying to get through on the phone. I have had just this one visit and will not go again.
