Always very helpful, we get an appointment as soon as needed. She is very personable, professional and informed about options for care.

Dr. Kingwell did not take the time to listen to us during our appointment and was very rude and offensive in what she said to my 10 year old child and myself. We were referred to her in order to receive support for challenging behaviours in my child. She said that I was chasing a diagnosis. I provided a psycho-ed that listed the diagnosis, and also a sheet of examples of the behaviours we were dealing with. She had not read either before our meeting. If you have a choice of seeing someone else, I highly recommend you find another doctor to help you. She was hurtful and rude.
