Dr. Lal is very friendly always listens to my family and my needs and orders any appropriate testing or followup if she feels it is necessary. She is the best doctor I have ever had.

I went to her with a Tinnitus problem, and the solution. She ignored me, rejected my solution, and referred me to a specialist which turns out has a 12 month waiting list so I have to suffer for another year. She's arrogant, dismissive, condescending, and unresponsive. As a result I am seeking out a different G. P.
