Dr. Merritt is wonderful, as is his whole team! He explained my daughters procedure in length and wasn't impatient to answer any questions we had, he answered every email we sent within the hour (usually minutes). On the day of surgery (which he got us in over a week early) he explained all the possible outcomes of what my daughters surgery would entail and gave us a timeframe for how long or short it would be based on how invasive it would be. After surgery he came and talked to us right away, where when we were waiting some other patients had been back in the recovery room for over an hour before the surgeon came out to talk to their family members. While my daughter was recovering in the hospital Dr. Merritt came to see us almost every day to check on her progress and his team was their everyday to check on her as well. Dr. Merritt and his team were first class throughout the whole process. We know it's his job to fix people but the professionalism and caring he showed was above and beyond. Words just don't do it justice for how pleased and thankful we are to Dr. Merritt and his whole team!
