Been taking my brother who needs mental help to him for a couple years and he never gets any better...just keeps getting new pills thrown his way and nothing helps, his problems only get worse....would be nice he if took some extra time to really disect my brothers problem and help come up with a better solution...anyways, I just find Gratzer's help to be sort of useless to the problem and doesnt ever seem sympathetic or helpful as stated.

Dr. Gratzer does not listen to the patient. I never got any better with him. After so long, I had to go to another doctor to stabilize. He is pretty ineffective.
