To the 1st poster: Self-praise is no recommendation. To the 2nd poster: The way you were treated, the negligence, is appalling.

This Dr leaves a lot to be desired! Unkind , uncaring, inconsiderate at best.

Disappointed
Extremely disappointed with this doctor, particularly her lack of bedside manner - atrocious. She can be very patronising/humilating. We have a young family and are desperately searching for a new doctor. Other friends/neighbors that also unfortunately share this same GP head to the ER departments of either Seaforth or Stratford Hospitals. This in itself is inconvenient especially when lugging sick children, and an indication of what others also feel about Dr Tsafnat. I wish there was a walk-in clinic in Stratford.

Does not care about patients. Complained about shoulder pain for four years as a result of car accident. pain kept getting worse to the point of 10 on a scale of ten. Told it was all in head and not that bad. Would not even give painkillers. Reluctantly she referred us to aspecialist after months of begging. Turned out to be a tumor. Biopsy and surgery have been completed and now home doing physiotherapy. She does not have a clue as to what has gone on nor do I think she cares. Would never recommend.
