Unsatisfied Patient's Family
Forty minutes late for an appointment, with no apology or even a greeting when she finally came in. Abrupt and downright rude to both the patient and family member present at the appointment. Dismissive of patient's concerns. Argumentative when asked relevant questions. I have never been treated so rudely by any medical staff in my life.
