Dr. Batchra has performed two separate procedures on me one being a tonsillectomy, and is currently in care of my son who is almost 2 for his ears. She is throughout, honest, spends time listening to any concerns, and answer questions without ever giving you the feeling like she's rushing you out. She is also very sweet with my little one and makes him feel comfortable. Nice Staff too She is excellent!
