Dr. Albers leaves the office whenever he pleases without telling his staff where he is going despite a full waiting room of people with scheduled appointments. I had a scheduled appointment and arrived to find patients waiting to see him and Dr. Albers wasn't even in the office. When he finally came back he was carrying shopping bags. He was out shopping while completely ignoring his patients who were waiting to see him. He never apologized.
